french 'live' the entire food experience in lush Normandy, the orchard of France, the home of cream, cider and Calvados - la crème des terroirs....

Anyone with a curious nature and a healthy appetite, in search of a informal, yet informative time, in a French country kitchen.

WHERE IS THE WILDE KITCHEN?
The Wilde Kitchen is sitauted in La Blonderie,Benoistville, a beautifully-restored 18th century farmhouse, only 18 kms south
of Cherbourg, 5kms from the coast.


HOW LONG ARE THE COURSES?
The courses vary from morning cookery class,
followed by lunch, to 3 day all-in gourmet breaks.
