YOUR TEACHER ....

Sinéad studied Home Ec. in her native Ireland and taught it  there for a few years before meeting Philippe and moving with him to France.

Quickly after her arrival in Normandy, she thanked her Mam and everyone else who'd encouraged her into the kitchen, as she discovered that being able to cook meant that she could easily indulge in, and completely embrace the entire experience of ‘la vie à la française ’ in a country where socialising is ALL about food!

 

15 years on and 2 daughters later.....not to mention a couple of horses,a few ponies,2 dogs, a cat and a varying number of chickens, Sinéad decided to open her door to fellow foodies and share with them her vast experience of Normandy, where you'll quickly agree that 'la vie est belle'!


Curious about food, culture and history and clearly not a woman of few words, anecdotes on everyday life, in a country where food is like a national sport, are always on the menu…..
